Toyota app is not working and not displaying information

the toyota app is not working, I have reinstalled the app numerous times, my mom can’t connect to her remote starter because the app, you can open the app but it doesn’t bring up any info just says Toyota

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 26

Are you using a VPN? If so, delete it it.

Other than that, contact Toyota for help with their app.

No, I’m not using VIN. when you installed the app on your phone, it won’t even let you sign on, it just brings up the Toyota name that’s it
