AirPods Pro Max rattling when moving

airpods pro max rattling whenever i move, feels like something disconnected inside but sound plays perfectly and all buttons work. also still charges. what could possibly be broken?

Your symptoms strongly indicate a loose internal component, typically an ANC mic or internal screw.

Sound can remain perfect even if something is rattling.

It’s repairable, but not DIY.

Apple usually replaces the ear cup.
