How to turn off liquid glass in iOS 26? I already tried turning Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast, but both of those put my messages in Dark Mode. I can't do Dark Mode. How do I turn on Light Mode that is not transparent?

It's easy to turn off Dark Mode. Settings > Display & Brightness - Tap Light
As to settings which may help you with Liquid Glass, I wrote this, which you should read ALL the way through and try the settings options --> Liquid Glass - Love It Or Hate It - It's … - Apple Community
Settings > Display & Brightness > Liquid Glass. [Choose Tinted]
