bran-chi ~ A previous reply above rightly suggested checking the battery. Your iPhone 13 mini could be >4 years old and the long process of applying a major iOS upgrade to an iPhone with a weak, aging battery can be the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back." So...
Does your iPhone 13 mini still have its original battery?
And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

There is no rolling back of an iOS update. There never was in previous versions either.
Re: “Why would they unsign ios18 from ipsw?”
Because they have never supported downgrading from one production version of iOS to an earlier one.
The goal was always to encourage people to run the latest version their phones would support, from day one.
You will not. The backup only contains your data. You will still have iOS 26, but will lose changes to your data made since the backup.
It's not always the iOS update's fault! Many things can cause phone problems. If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.

Remember, the right question often leads to the solution!

Was/Is your device Jailbroken? If that's the situation, please be informed that attributing the issues to iOS updates may not be accurate.

Change is difficult to adapt to because it disrupts our comfort zones, introduces uncertainty and fear of the unknown, challenges our sense of identity, and involves letting go of the familiar. However, it's important to recognize that change is an inevitable part of life, and learning to adapt and embrace it is crucial for personal growth and development. With time, patience, and a willingness to explore new possibilities, we can navigate the difficulties of change and find ways to thrive in new circumstances.

iOS updates aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. The majority of the issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.
Kindly consider checking your settings and addressing any device issues before attributing the issue to external factors. This could be a pure coincidence that the iOS update affected the iPhone functions.
Before initiating a standard iOS update, it's advisable to create a backup. Have you completed this step? If yes, proceed with the restoration from the backup.

No.
It is definitely cause by an update! 5 mins ago on ios18 no issues, then IMMEDIATELY after an update on 26 the phones started lagging, bugging. I assume these morons in Apple are slowing older devices on purpose so we buy new ones like it was before!
I don’t think they are slowing older phones on purpose … more like, they probably designed first and foremost with recent phones in mind.
Those recent phones tend to have faster processors and more RAM.
Why would they unsign ios18 from ipsw? Like when I’ve got older phone and the update is not good for my model, why don’t I have the option to revert it back??? Because they want me to buy a new one? Yes. 😆

You had the option to not update. You even had the option to test it out in Public Beta from August, then you could have rolled back
So If I’ve done my latest iCloud backup on ios18 and I restore the backup, will I have ios 18 on my device again?
There may be several reasons due to which an iPhone may behave as described by you. Some of them could be...
Let's delve a bit deeper into some of them:
By considering all these possibilities, you've provided a comprehensive approach to troubleshooting the iPhone's behavior.
Understanding and addressing these factors can help you maintain the optimal performance and longevity of their iPhones. Following Apple's guidelines and seeking authorized support when needed are crucial for a positive user experience.

If you are sure it is the fault of the equipment.
If you have either dropped the device accidentally or exposed it to liquid or used it beyond acceptable temperature limits then…
