It’s a few days I got this issue with my AW10: it stops mirroring notifications from iPhone. I noticed it is a problem with third party apps: for example I get Mail notifications but not Gmail ones.
The only way to fix it is to reboot the iPhone.
Any idea? I have a pending system update (26.1) which I will do tonight (just downloaded).
All settings are as they were before the problem popped out. Thank you!

If the update does not solve the issue after installing it normally, try to erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device, in case the backup data contains the issue. You will only lose your created watch faces and might have to set up the cards in the wallet again:
