How to resolve 'Change your country/region' error in Apple Music subscription on iPhone 13?

I have being using my mtn Apple Music app for subscription for my Apple Music, recently subscribed as usual and it keeps saying change your country /region

Your “Change your country/region” error appears because your Apple ID region does not match your MTN Apple Music subscription region.

Fix by:

  • Ensuring your Apple ID’s country matches your MTN country
  • Disabling VPN
  • Reactivating through MTN
  • Resetting Music app sync

Once your Apple ID and MTN subscription region match, Apple Music will activate instantly.
