What happens when you try to use it? Any error message? What did they say when you contacted them?

Then, you may be stuck. I don't think we can help on a Comcast email issue other than suggest all the standard stuff that you have already tried.
I suppose it is possible that another user who has had the same issue with Comcast email might see your post and be able to help, but realistically the chances are not that great.
Continues asking for a password even though the right password is stored. I can get email on my PC.
