No Peacock Confirmation email. What Now?

I signed up for the Peacock Bundle through my Apple TV app on my Roku TV and never received the confirmation email from Apple to set up my bundle. I also don’t see any “Apps or Channels” section on my Apple TV app. How do I watch Peacock?
