Missing subtitles

So a really really weird issue is occurring to me.I wanted to buy a movie(Santa Claus 2)and I checked if my native language subs are available(Greek)in the description.It seemed that the movie had these subs available.I proceeded with the purchase and now when I hit play,they disappeared from the available subs!!!!Why is this happening?It’s very misleading….PLEASE HELP ME…what’s going on?
