When I’m watching a show on Apple TV+, there are no subtitles for the non-English part and I don’t know if this is an intentional thing or if is it a bug. This has been happening on and off for years at this point and I would love clarification from anyone who might know what is going on. Is this happening to anyone else?

At this time, there is no subtitle option in the Apple TV app for “foreign parts only”. You have to choose from English subtitles or closed captions (for the whole duration, or as long as you keep it active). This can be somewhat of an issue for multi-lingual content, where the English language tracks isn’t 100% English.
