iCloud Photos not showing option for switching to Shared Photos

I have set up my Photos Library so every picture I take is automatically shared with my family. Things were working fine for a while. Now, although my wife can still see the pictures I take, if I go to Photos on icloud.com, I don't see them, and I don't have the option in the top menu to switch to Shared Library. All I see are the ones I'm not sharing.

Yes, this is a known issue where the Shared Library toggle disappears from iCloud.com even though the Shared Library is still active. Your wife’s access confirms nothing is lost. Refresh Shared Library status on your iPhone (Settings → Photos → Shared Library), ensure all devices have iCloud Photos enabled, sign out/in of iCloud.com, or try another browser.
