My niece was playing around on my Iphone and ended up putting an age limit on my phone. She is 7 years old and doesn't remember the password she used when she did it. Wasn't that big of a deal till this last IOS 26 update where it ended up removing about 90% of my apps I use daily. Help! How do I get full access to my phone again?

Have you gone into Settings ➜ Screen Time and tried to disable that if it's on?
If she used a passcode there, you may be able to reset it using your Apple Account.

Otherwise, you will need to figure out what she did before anyone can help you undo it.
