wrong address delivered

Hello. I placed an order. But it seems that the UPS delivery brought the parcel to the wrong address/person. I am not in the USA. I cannot figure out how to contact support. There is only a phone number available

So here's the short version. You're not going to ge the phone. You should contact Apple about your refund.

Apple will not deliver a device to a forwarding service. That's a violation of their terms.


Buy a phone in your own country.

That's why I came here, to find out the support contacts. I cannot call. Your comments are useless and don't help at all. I think they are capable of deciding for themselves whether to accept orders from me again or not.
