Unable to cancel subscription; window not opening

I want canceled the subscription, but I can’t.

the window don opening .

If the subscription window won’t open, you can cancel using Apple’s web subscription page at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or by going through App Store → profile → Subscriptions. Turning off Screen Time or signing out/back in also fixes the stuck window. If the subscription doesn’t appear, it may be billed outside Apple and must be canceled with the developer.
