Without your parents assistance on an Apple device, there is nothing you are able to do. Your parents would have had to disband the Family Plan before getting rid of their Apple device and if there are members under 13, then that would not be possible. A child under 13 cannot even get their own Apple Account without a parent managing a device.
Between 13 and 17, you can have your own Apple Account with a device that is not managed, but the Organizer would have to remove you from Family Sharing with an Apple Device.

Your parents will need an Apple device to manage a Child Account. Beyond that, your parents would have to create an account and set the Screen Time settings on your device to restrict what they want to allow you to do with it.

If you want to talk to Apple, you can do that here. The proper information has been provided though, and Apple is certainly not going to allow any change in restrictions on your device that your parents set up when they had an Apple Device. Apple would advise that your parents should purchase an iPhone and the problem will be solved once they log in with their Apple Account they used previously.

Well… not "here" as on this forum.
Correct, I guess I did not make it clear that the "here" I was referring to was the link below the post. I do appreciate the clarification though so the OP is not expecting Apple to chime in with any solution.
When I try to get a game it says “ask parent or gardian “ and because I can’t reset my device and my parents won’t get a apple product again it sends that message down the drain.
That’s what I mean
ps. I put in comments
