Without your parents assistance on an Apple device, there is nothing you are able to do. Your parents would have had to disband the Family Plan before getting rid of their Apple device and if there are members under 13, then that would not be possible. A child under 13 cannot even get their own Apple Account without a parent managing a device.

Between 13 and 17, you can have your own Apple Account with a device that is not managed, but the Organizer would have to remove you from Family Sharing with an Apple Device.

  • What do you mean yours has a Parental Lock?
  • Are you part of a Family Sharing plan?
  • Are you looking for some way to bypass Screen Time Restrictions?

Your parents will need an Apple device to manage a Child Account. Beyond that, your parents would have to create an account and set the Screen Time settings on your device to restrict what they want to allow you to do with it.

Do you know people I can talk to if so can you send them here

If you want to talk to Apple, you can do that here. The proper information has been provided though, and Apple is certainly not going to allow any change in restrictions on your device that your parents set up when they had an Apple Device. Apple would advise that your parents should purchase an iPhone and the problem will be solved once they log in with their Apple Account they used previously.
