Lost input control of iPad mini
I changed some settings in Accessibility and have lost control of the iPad. Does not respond to any inputs. How can I undo this action. It had to do with Hover Text

thanks but that did not work on my iPad mini (6Gen). I finally figured out that tapping the tiny icon that appeared on the screen toggled the setting off, allowing me to get into Settings and disable it. The icon was very small and dim.
