Ups didn’t deliver my iphone 17 pro

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro on dec 4 which wasn’t delivered by UPS. They lost it and investigation has been opened by them.


Apple has ordered me a replacement for the lost item. Ups said on dec 10 it will arrive by 9pm.I waited till 9pm nobody arrived and by 9pm the status in the tracker was processing at ups facility. As i wokeup on dec11 when i checked the status they updated the status as out for delivery at 9.45pm and receiver was not available at 10.40 pm. How am i supposed to be available at 10.45pm.


And on dec11 same story goes on.

This is really frustrating. Please help me what to do in this case.

At this time of the year, delivery services like UPS, work extended hours to make deliveries ... so, it is not unusual for them to attempt a delivery late into the night. If the package that had for you required your signature for delivery, and you were not available to sign (regardless of the reason), they won't deliver it, but they should leave a note that a delivery attempt was made.


It has been my experience, that FedEx, not UPS makes most deliveries in the U.S. Not knowing where you reside, that can be different, but regardless, there is something amiss. Per chance is your location prone to theft? Porch "pirates" are known to be very active this time of the year. Any package left could be a potential target for them.


One other option, if that is the case, is to go to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Reseller and purchase the phone directly from them. Otherwise, as muguy has already mentioned, you need to work with UPS to get this resolved.
