Ups didn’t deliver my iphone 17 pro
Hi
I ordered an iPhone 17 pro on dec 4 which wasn’t delivered by UPS. They lost it and investigation has been opened by them.
Apple has ordered me a replacement for the lost item. Ups said on dec 10 it will arrive by 9pm.I waited till 9pm nobody arrived and by 9pm the status in the tracker was processing at ups facility. As i wokeup on dec11 when i checked the status they updated the status as out for delivery at 9.45pm and receiver was not available at 10.40 pm. How am i supposed to be available at 10.45pm.
And on dec11 same story goes on.
This is really frustrating. Please help me what to do in this case.
