How to enable 'Allow Apps to Request to Track' with missing Apple Account age information?

My Tracking setting is locked and I cannot turn on “Allow Apps to Request to Track”. It says “This setting cannot be changed because your Apple Account is missing age information.” I have already tried: • Updating my birthday on appleid.apple.com

You must have a valid birthdate (18+) stored in your Apple ID and your device must refresh that information by signing out and back in. If you’re a Family Sharing child account, or if Screen Time/MDM restricts tracking, the toggle will remain locked.

Try restarting your device so it takes a fresh look at settings.

If an app or feature on your device is not working, not appearing, or is restricted (grayed out), a frequent reason is it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by a technology administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.

Tap your Settings app > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > scroll to Accounts > tap Allow Changes and turn on.

If the issue persists, also try going to Settings > Screen Time and turning off Share Across Devices
