Issue with Apple ID account

Try signing in again, check for security prompts, verify your trusted phone number, fix billing information, and reset your Apple ID password if needed. If the account is locked or still not working, Apple Support can unlock it for you.

You need to tell us what you are trying and what makes you think it isn't working. Otherwise we are wildly guessing, as you can see a previous reply was doing (and even then omitted some possibilities).

If you see an error message, we need to know exactly what it says. Then we can actually provide you useful information as to how to resolve the problem.
