How do I disable the app opening animation on iPhone SE running iOS 26.1?

Coming out of sleep in 26.1, there is an animation of all the apps falling in to place. I find it annoying. Is there a setting to stop this opening or change it? Using iPhone SE.

Open Settings ➢ Accessibility ➢ Motion, then toggle Reduce Motion = on.
