How can I disable the 80% Optimized Charging Limit without having to manually select "Charge to Full Now" everytime?

Is there anyway to turn off the 80% charging limit for AirPods? I want them to charge above 80% and even though I have the Optimized Charge Limit option off I still have to seem the issue.

I want to be able to charge my AirPods to 100% without having to select this option all the time.

With optimized battery charging, your device will attempt to learn your usage patterns. It will charge the battery most of the way (~80%) and not further until it has calculated it's time to complete the charge. However, you can override that by selecting "Charge to Full Now." If you don't select that, it will still charge to full eventually.
