I. Check iCloud Storage Space:

How much free space is on iCloud? As you create new ones, older ones are being deleted. So, turn off Photos in iCloud Settings, or export them from the iPhone, trashing them next. To find out iCloud storage left on your iPhone:

For iOS16 and later, you can tap "Recently Deleted", and see if they are shown there.

D. Restore your iPhone from a Backup:

Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, restore your iPhone from one that has these photos (the most recent backup, ideally).
