To the question that you replied to about rolling back iOS, that is not an option and it never has been with any OS version. That is simply a fact.
So now that leaves you with what you want to do about it.
I am all fine for change. This is beyond just being less intuitive, more problems and, taking many more steps to do one action. It is also removed many passwords from my keychain and from apps. It is the most absurd yet so , frustrating.

I'm not sure who the "we" is that you are speaking for. Certainly not for me. I really like Liquid Glass. It took me a little while to get used to but change can take a little while to adjust to.
You should tell Apple what you think:

Dear friend, We pay a lot of our hard-earned money for these devices and services, this is absolutely not about change. This is about integrity and responsibility to customers. The format is blurry and unusable. Progress and "change" for the sake of it is neither valuable nor innovative.
The new version of IOS has completely screwed up my email system and I can also no longer send items to my printer. I need the old IOS before this last update so everything will work again.

I don’t like this update. I’d like to go back to the old one. Is there a way of doing that please answer me
There must be a way to go back to the one before we have now I hate it

Of course we all know that would double the size of every update as those resources would be needed for each UI version. Users already think the OS consumes too much storage so I am sure that would send them through the roof. Alternatively every update would have to have a 26.1(a) and 26.1(b) version which seems like a very complex and confusing solution, and a bug reporting nightmare if there was a bug in one version and not the other.
On a side note iOS 26.2 has been released today and there are additional options for toning down the Liquid Glass UI, with those options available on the Lock Screen with a long press.
Do you really think, a "less UI Formatting"-Option is consuming more space? sorry no
On a side note, iOS26.2 brings no real function to tune down the Glass border-appearance, only face transparency as before.

OS updates happen every year whether you have an iPhone or the new Android 16 that was just released that included the same transparency and blur effects with the only difference is that they call it Material Design 3, instead of Liquid Glass. You can go back several years on this Support Site and see posts after every single update where there are some that do not like it. None of that is unusual and you should expect another major release next year too. When that one shows up, then you will see posts wanting to go back to iOS 26 claiming that one is the one they want to use. It is very predictable and seen over and over again.
You can certainly send Feedback to Apple and let them know how you feel. Others do that too when they see something on another platform and also want to see it on the iPhone. Change is inevitable in technology especially when talking about smart phones no matter what platform you are using.

You own your device, but are simply a licensed user of the OS, which is exactly the same on every platform. UI changes occur frequently and have gone through many changes over the years including the Skeuomorphic and Flat designs seen previously. Currently the trend is the Transparency and Blur effects seen in Liquid Glass and the same is true for Android with their recent update to Android 16 where they call the same look Materials Design 3.
Welcome to the world of technology. The feedback link has also been provided if you want to let Apple know how you like it.

Personally I like it, but this is a Support Site not a Social Media site, so my opinions are not relevant.

I get the need to fix bugs and improve security we are all great for that but the new look to apps is awful you keep trying to reinvent a wheel and it’s not welcome
