In iPad storage , I would like to remove the Safari info but that option is not available ?
It's not accurate and sometimes saves my browsing history with private browsing turned on . The Safari in iCloud is the correct one .

What info exactly?
You can go to Settings ➜ Apps ➜ Safari ➜ Clear History and Website Data.
Is that what is not available?
Private Browsing does not save anything. Anything you see saved, has to happen only when not in Private Browsing mode.
Are you sure you are in Private Browsing?
If you tap on the tab icon, and is the Private option selected at the top?
Private browsing requires Touch ID or Face ID to access on iOS 26 every time.
