Sleep Alarm still goes quiet even with Attention Aware Features toggled off

I don’t think the Sleep alarm going quiet has anything to do with Attention Aware. The issue is almost always tied to your Focus settings. When Sleep Focus is active, it can change how alerts behave — including lowering volumes or muting certain notifications. So the silence you’re hearing is coming from the Focus mode rules, not Attention Aware.

I've been having this same problem and am wondering - is "Alarms" a separate app from the Apple Clock app? I don't find Alarms on my phone - is it something you got in the App store? I used to have no problem with the Clock alarms, and recently I've begun to have problems. It stays silent. I made sure that Do Not Disturb goes off before the alarm is set to go off, I made sure that the Attention Aware Features are off (though it really doesn't make much sense as since I'm sleeping and my phone has a wallet case, it is not lit at the time; again, never had this problem until recently), the volume is plenty loud for my alarm sound (Loud Bells).
