home pods and global player
Hello,
For about 5 weeks I have not been able to play any Global Player stations such as Classic FM on the home pods. Can anyone please check this out because it’s such a shame some of the best music is currently not available through Siri.

I have spoken to Apple support, first line support were a waste of time but eventually got through to a senior customer support person that told me it is a known issue & being worked on. If resolved it will be rolled out in the next update.

New HomePod user here. Brought mainly to have ClassicFM in the kitchen it worked for a while then I suspect after in update it stopped working. We reported the problem to Apple support & was told they knew about the issue and to check again in a few hours. 3 weeks later and it’s still not working despite reloading everything again rebooting updating software to the latest version etc. it works randomly now for a minute or two but then cuts out. I haven’t been impressed with Apple support, very difficult to connect then they say it’s a known problem goodbye.
Thank you - at least I now know it’s not just me. I plan to get back on to Apple in January. 🙁
I will also be reopening the case with Apple in January, when time permits.
