After upgrading my base M1 Air to 26.2, white lines are appearing around edge of the top 1cm of the screen. These lines appear, disappear and shift while moving windows around. It's very distracting, and certainly wasn't showing up on 26.1.
Is anyone else having this issue, and is there some way to get rid of it?

this is clearly a software issue. If you switch on "Show menu bar background" in the menu bar settings, it disappears completely.

I don't have it with or without the menu bar background.
So far I've seen one post about the issue here. It's possible users seeing the issue have similar third-party apps installed causing the problem, that I don't have installed.
For what it's worth, I don't see a white line on my M3 iMac running Tahoe 26.2 either.
