iPhone 14 screen crack near selfie camera affecting camera

You'll need to pay Apple to replace the screen on your iPhone. Per the following link, the cost (in the US) is $279 --> iPhone Repair and Service - Apple Support

Assuming it's the selfie camera on the front of your phone, the camera is built into the screen.
