iPhone 15 Pro Camera Screen Cracked
My iPhone 15 Pro’s camera screen has cracked. At least I think it’s the phone’s screen and not a protective cover I installed. Is it a protective cover or part of the phone?

It's clearly the protective cover you installed. Remove it and you'll see if the cameras sustained any damage. While I'm sure you want to protect the cameras on your phone, a good quality case for your iPhone would be a better solution. Covers over the camera can distort or degrade the quality of the photos you take.
