iPhone alarm sometimes fails to sound when silent or in Focus mode, or even not even in any modr

I have iPhone 7 plus and iphone 16 pro max, both have same issue - alarm doesnt sound. I used to be have iphone 6 plus for 2 years but i never had such issue before. I believe that this issue is not even properly addressed since the past until today. Someone had posted numerous times but it seems that apple never even fix this issue at all. Most of them claimed “you should not put your phone silent”. Silent the phone should not be the case where phone alarm to be off. Well, if this should be the feature, fine. But another problem is, if I place sleep mode or any other focus mode, sometimes the alarm doesn't sound at all.

I have number of android phones too and never had this issue at all.

If such simple module is not fixable, how about other stuff yet important? How can we really trust on apple’s capability???

On iPhone 16 Pro and later devices, Clock app alarms are not governed by Focus mode configurations or Action button assignments.

Alarms will sound as scheduled regardless of active Focus profiles, notification‑silencing rules, or any custom Action button behavior. This ensures consistent alarm reliability across all system states.

Yeah, but the problem is the alarm is not sound as consistent. Sometimes it does sound, sometimes it does not. I have been encountered the same issue over and over again. I believe this is an issue that has been not addressed properly. Its impossible that iPhone 7 that I had also encountered the same issue as what my iPhone 16 PM.

Of course, alarm should sound as scheduled, but the alarm does the “alarm” thing but there is no alarm sound. This is not once but often has such issue. I could say almost every one two week once has this issue.

I believe I’m not the only person has such issue. Still, its not even been solved
