Increase time font on Apple Watch in Fitness app.

I need to increase time font on watch in apple fitness hiking and walking. My close vision is poor and I can’t read the time so I have to wear a second watch but would rather not. How can I increase the font size of time? This applies to any regular Apple Watch and iOS’s.
