iPhone Home Screen and OS rotation
Does anyone know a way to get the Home Screen and operating system of the apple iphone to also rotate 90 degrees? (iPhone 16proMax)
I have lock screen rotation setting set to disabled or “off” to allow for screen rotation. But so far I can only get certain apps to rotate such as safari, and YouTube.
I find navigating and holding the iPhone much easier using two hands rather than one. Using two thumbs especially due to having a permanently injured right hand.
So in my screen shot the green arrows, represent the current swipe commands which still are in the vertical position phone just rotated 90 degrees.
But id like the whole screen and commands to follow with the screen flip.
ie.
When the phone rotates the signal indication icons would also rotate with the phone and then when you would swipe the right top corner “which is still “bottom right”. Down. It would open the control panel.
and the time (which date should also be listed but never is) that icon would now be in the left top corner. And when swiped down would open Notification Center.
I hope this gives an accurate description of what I’m trying to achieve, and maybe there is a way to achieve this task in the accessibility settings.
Blue arrows represent what the swipe commands would be when rotated.
Kind regards Justin.
