Info On Display Changed To Super Large So Unable To Use Phone

Suddenly, the information on my iPhone 17 is so large that it is unusable. With past versions, you could tap the screen with three fingers, and it would return to normal. This isn't working now, so the phone is unusable.

Any idea how to remedy this?
