Large screen size

I double tap my phone by accident and now I can't get the screen to normal size

Any suggestions?

Simply double-tap again, using three fingers. You may have to try a few times until you get the speed and timing right.

maybe If your Home Screen icons are magnified on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and or Zoom in on the iPhone screen - Apple Support (PH)
