How to replace iPhone 7 and transfer data?
My iPhone 7 I'm trying to figure out how can I do a replacement about brand new one cuz they have all my pictures my videos my apps everything

If it won't turn on at all then your only option is to restore from a backup and hope that you were using iCloud to sync data so there is a copy on Apple's servers.

When you turn off an iCloud feature on a device, information stored only in iCloud for that feature is no longer available on the device.
