Save video still frame at original resolution on iPhone

I would like to save a still frame from a video on my iphone. Taking a screenshot reduces the resolution of the still from the original video and i would like to be able to keep the original resoultion in the captured still. Some online posting suggest that there is a “save as still” in the editor but I don’t see that. Iphone and ipad 26.x.
