I sent an Apple Pay through iMessage but the payment and the text message I sent haven’t gone through as delivered (they both have an option to send as text messages). Will the money not send or how can I get my money back?

Apple Cash payments aren't deducted from your balance until the recipient accepts the money. You can cancel the payment manually by tapping the payment message in your conversation, then canceling it in Wallet, or just wait and it'll be canceled automatically in seven days.
