There's also info., on choosing the format and the frame-rate to suit your preferences.

Eg: "Change video recording formats

If the question is how to get beyond the video/photo choice at the bottom of the screen to the other options, just press and hold instead of tapping. For example, if you press on "video" and hold, you can then drag your finger to the right to reach "time-lapse" or left to access other modes like "pano" (panorama).
