Using "Action Button" to utilize Shortcut "Take a Screenshot" is NOT working.

Taking a screenshot using the "Take a Screenshot" shortcut via the Action Button doesn't work. The screen flashes as if a screenshot was taken, but you don't go to the screenshot nor is it saved under Photos. Seems like a software glitch with no workaround other than doing it the usual way.
