How do I transfer a large video from iPhone to Chromebook via iCloud?

I am trying to get a video from my iPhone to my Chromebook. I tried everything- I got iCloud on my computer, I emailed it to my computer, I copied its link onto a doc to access it with my computer. I can't get the video on the Chromebook. It's a large file, over 2 minutes. Has anyone else had the same problem?
