iPhone 13 Pro 3x Zoom & Cinematic Mode Issue

I am using an iPhone 13 Pro and I am facing problems with the 3x telephoto camera, especially when using Cinematic Mode.

Problems I am experiencing:

• When switching to 3x zoom, the video becomes blurry / shaky / loses focus
• In Cinematic Mode, the focus keeps changing automatically and does not lock properly
• Sometimes the video quality looks worse compared to 1x camera
• The issue happens in good lighting as well

Things I have already tried:

• Restarted the phone
• Updated to the latest iOS version
• Reset camera settings
• Cleaned the camera lens

Still, the problem continues.

Is this a software bug, hardware issue, or a known problem with the iPhone 13 Pro telephoto lens?

Has anyone else faced the same issue, and is there any permanent solution?
