No Volume Control with Apple Air Pods Pro 2 and PC Computer

I purchased a pair of Apple Air Pods Pro 2 to use for conference calls on my PC Computer using Teams.

My previous set of Apple Air Pods Pro worked very well, so I expected the of Apple Air Pods Pro 2 to work better.

Unfortunately, the volume control does not seem to work.

The volume control on the PC does not work, the volume control on the Apple Air Pods Pro 2 does not work. There is sound coming out, however, it is too low to be usable.

I have tried all of the available settings in Windows 11, un-paired/re-paired, the Air Pods, updated everything, etc. They work fine on the iPhone, but not the PC.

How do I adjust the volume?
