Automatic iOS update - riddled with bugs

I’m extremely frustrated with the automatic iOS update that installed last week. Since then, my phone has been riddled with bugs that interrupt basic, everyday use – including sending messages, copy and paste, and even checking for software updates. I don’t expect to be troubleshooting core functions on a phone that cost around £1,000. This update installed without my consent and has clearly degraded performance. I think my days with Apple might be numbered this is too much.
