Getting squeal sound in AirPods Pro 3

That's odd. I've heard that sometimes a poor seal in the ear can cause a feedback loop with noise canceling on, but it sounds like your hardware might be dysfunctional. I'd return them for a refund/replacement, under warranty if necessary.
