Удалён icloud, не могу выйти из данного аккаунта.

Здравстуйте!

Прошу помощи в решении ситуации.

В 2024 году мной был приобретён новый iPhone для ребёнка. При настройке устройства был использован мой Apple ID (iCloud), к которому также были привязаны все мои личные устройства. Позже ребёнок по ошибке удалил Apple ID, в результате чего был удалён и доступ к iCloud.

На данный момент все мои устройства не работают, так как они были привязаны к этому Apple ID. С данной учетной записи не могу выйти, так как его не существует.

Устройства: Macbook air 2020; Iphone 11 pro; Apple watch SE

Я готова предоставить все необходимые подтверждения владения устройствами (чеки, серийные номера, IMEI и другие данные).

You could try to get the account working again, as outlined in: How to delete your Apple Account - Apple Support

"What happens if I change my mind after I have requested that my account be deleted?

While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support [call them at a telephone number for your country --> Contact Apple Support - Apple Support ] with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can't cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data."

Alternatively, Apple can reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership (usually the original receipt from Apple or an authorized retailer —> Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device - Apple Support ).
