I have a couple apple air tags and a couple of air tag type devices , 6 different devices in all .A couple of days ago all was good but now None of these items are visible in the find my app on both my iPhone and iPad yet I get an air tag detected near you message.
how can I get all my air tags back in the find my items tab

I'm in the same boat. None of my AirTags show up in FindMy and the page where they should be prompts me to an item or identify a found item. This would appear to be a glitch that Apple are currently unaware of since it does not show up at Apple - Support - System Status. Hopefully it gets resolved before too long.

It may be a regional issue and would depend on where you reside. I just verified that Find My is showing my AirTags here in the U.S.
None of my 6 air tags are visible
