Do Not Disturb on Constantly with IOS 26.1/2

iphone 14 Pro updated to ios 26.1. Now my do not disturb is on constantly. I deleted the schedule, have turned it off, and rebooted several times, but it still shows in DND mode. How do I fix this?

I had a daily DND schedule set; been using it for a year or more (11pm-7am). It wouldn’t turn off after the update. I deleted it and there is no scheduled timeframe, but it still won’t turn off.

The most common reason is an old schedule you forgot was there.

Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb.
Scroll down to the Set a Schedule section.
If you see any times or locations listed (e.g., "9:00 PM to 7:00 AM"), tap on them and toggle them Off or tap Delete Schedule.
