And what does "not recognizing" mean exactly? What happens when you try to watch anything?
Did you subscribe through the standalone Paramount+ App or did you subscribe inside the TV App for the Paramount+ Channel?
Are you trying to access the subscription through the standalone app or through the channel?
Does the subscription appear in your subscription list, and does it say it's for the TV channel?
For two years I have viewed P+ (through the stand alone app) on my iPhone 11 pro, iPad Air 4, and Apple TV 4th gen. Subscription was made through the app via App Store. My account on the App Store still says my sub is active and good til 3/4/26.
As of last week when I try to view shows through the app I get the messages that I need to subscribe to access them.
I contacted Paramountplus and was told that the Apple App Store did not show I had an active subscription even though I do!!
I may not have all the “right” words for this discussion but I do have a problem and wonder if anyone has a solution.
I have the same problem. It started after I updated my devices to 26.2. Still haven’t found solution.
