Is the file system on my Mac Studio M1 MAX case-sensitive or case-insensitive?
Before investing in expensive Sibelius application I must make sure that the file system on the Mac Studio M1 MAX I bought used is case-insensitive! Info I read on the net is conflicting or incomplete!

The default macOS disk format is APFS. It is not case-sensitive. No Mac that I know of has ever come from the factory with the disk formatted as case sensitive. You would have had to have done it yourself.

Select the disk in the Finder and choose Get Info from the File menu; if it's case-sensitive, the Format line will say so.

Thank you Niel. In the Get Info window the Format only says: APFS
As I said I need case-sensitive or case-insensitive!
Since it doesn't say that it's case-sensitive, it's case-insensitive.
Another way to tell is to open the Disk Utility and click the Info button for it.
