my apple account is locked and I can't sign out from my Mac.when I am trying to sign out its asking for Apple ID password but after putting password its showing An unknown error occurred.i contacted apple support many times its been a month still they not solved problem.need help.
The people on this forum are users like yourself. If Apple cannot resolve this for you then I doubt there is much we can offer to resolve this for you. In particular when I see an "unknown error" then I have to hope that somebody —namely Apple— does know what that means.

I don't know of any Official Apple Support available in Russia. If you previously called support, it is likely that you were not speaking to Apple.
What you say is not making sense since you said you already contacted them "many times".
My understanding is that support by Apple is very limited in Russia at the moment and only telephone support is available. The number 8-800-555-67-34 was a Russian toll-free number for the company LLC Apple Rus. If they only speak Russian and you do not, you will have to solicit the aid of an assistant who is willing to communicate your needs to the support individual.
